Per participar nom\u00e9s fa falta dur\u00a0bon cal\u00e7at, roba adequada a la meteorologia i sobretot, ganes de gaudir de l&#8217;entorn natural i de bona companyia.<\/p>\n<p>La prova comen\u00e7ar\u00e0 i finalitzar\u00e0 al Pla de Masella i podeu escollir entre dos itineraris, <strong>el curt (5 km i 205m de desnivell)<\/strong> o<strong> el llarg (10km i 500m de desnivell)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Els dos itineraris ascendiran per la carretera de Coma Oriola, giraran a la dreta i pujaran pel cam\u00ed de Bac Gran, travessaran l&#8217;esplanada del refugi i arribaran al primer avituallament. Tots dos recorreguts creuaran el bosc i se separaran en arribar al llac on el recorregut curt girar\u00e0\u00a0a l&#8217;esquerra per baixar per la pista La Plana i afrontar l&#8217;\u00faltim quil\u00f2metre fins a la meta al Pla de Masella. El recorregut llarg e\u00a0far\u00e0 la volta al\u00a0llac i despr\u00e9s els particpant afrontaran el tram m\u00e9s dur, la pujada fins el\u00a0TGV. All\u00e0 trobaran el segon avituallament i baixaran fins a La Pia per la pista Familiar.
