Aquesta decisi\u00f3 s\u2019ha pres en base a la resoluci\u00f3 720\/2020, de 13 de mar\u00e7, del Departament de Salut de la Generalitat de Catalunya, en qu\u00e8 obliga, per imperatiu legal, el tancament de les estacions d\u2019esqu\u00ed catalanes. \u00c9s prioritat de Masella vetllar per la salut del esquiadors, els treballadors i els ve\u00efns de la comarca de la Cerdanya.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Qu\u00e8 passa si tinc un forfet de varis dies consecutius?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si tens un forfet de varis dies consecutius, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del 13 de mar\u00e7 de 2020, contacta amb <a href=\"mailto:masella@masella.com\">masella@masella.com<\/a> i se\u2019t far\u00e0 la devoluci\u00f3 corresponent als dies no consumits del forfet. No es fa la devoluci\u00f3 de l\u2019asseguran\u00e7a del forfet, per\u00f2 si la totalitat del forfet comprat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Qu\u00e8 passa si tinc convalidacions de forfets de lliure elecci\u00f3 o forfets comprats per internet en la modalitat \u201cRegala neu\u201d?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si tens convalidacions de forfets de lliure elecci\u00f3 comprats aquesta temporada els podr\u00e0s utilitzar la temporada 2020-21 sense cap cost afegit.
