Durant aquesta semana s\u2019imparteixen a Masella els m\u00f2duls pr\u00e0ctics del Curs Internacional de Socorrisme, Seguretat i Urg\u00e8ncies de Muntanya<\/strong>, amb el qual els alumnes obtenen el Diploma Internacional de Medicina de Muntanya<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

El curs, dirigit a metges, infermeres, TTS, socorristes i obert tamb\u00e9 a altres muntanyencs sense formaci\u00f3 sanit\u00e0ria, t\u00e9 un m\u00f2dul d\u2019estiu i un d\u2019hivern, amb part te\u00f2rica i pr\u00e0ctica. \u00c9s aquesta segona part pr\u00e0ctica del m\u00f2dul d\u2019hivvern la que es desenvolupa aquest dijous i divendres a Masella, amb diferents tallers de seguretat i primers auxilis. Es treballa la immovilitzaci\u00f3 i movilitzaci\u00f3 amb material habitual de rescat, r\u00e0pel amb un ferit, utilitzaci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica de cordes, elaboraci\u00f3 d\u2019anclatges, orientaci\u00f3, valoraci\u00f3 inmediata de l\u2019accidentat en terrenys de dif\u00edcil acc\u00e9s, rescat de v\u00edctimes d\u2019allaus, tant amb RECCO i ARVA com amb gossos, t\u00e8cniques de paleig i sondatge\u2026 Un ampli ventall de casos pr\u00e0ctics que donaran molt bagatge als professionals que participen en el curs.<\/p>\n

Pel que fa al professorat hi ha membres de la Comissi\u00f3 Internacional de Socorrs Alpins (CISA-ICAR), dels GRAEs del Bombers de la Generalitat, de les Unitats de Muntanya dels Mossos d\u2019Esquadra i de la Gu\u00e0rdia Civil aix\u00ed com tamb\u00e9 del Peloton de Gendarmes d\u2019Haute Montagne (PGHM), entre d\u2019altres. Entre els formadors de perfil m\u00e9s sanitari destaquen els directors m\u00e8dics i assistencials de l\u2019Hospital de Cerdanya, Francina Riu i Enric Subirats, metges especialistes en atenci\u00f3 i rescat de muntanya, membres de l\u2019equip m\u00e8dic del Grupo de Rescat de Muntanya de Chamonix, i altres professionals sanitaris amb amplis coneixements del medi i l\u2019assit\u00e8ncia en muntanya.<\/p>\n
