Con las suelas enceradas y los cantos bien afilados nuestra t\u00e9cnica ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s precisa y m\u00e1s segura. Tambi\u00e9n hay que comprobar que la dureza de la talonera y la puntera de las fijaciones de tus esqu\u00eds ajusten a tu peso y nivel de esqu\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Las botas:<\/strong> Comprobar que las botas est\u00e9n limpias, los botines bienes secos y, finalmente, observar que los cierres de las botas vayan bien.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Los bastones:<\/strong> Comprobar que la correa la tienes bien ajustada en la mu\u00f1eca y, tambi\u00e9n, que el bast\u00f3n se ajusta a tu altura.
