Durante esta semana se imparten en Masella los m\u00f3dulos pr\u00e1cticos del Curso Internacional de Socorrismo, Seguridad y Urgencias de Monta\u00f1a<\/strong>, con el que los alumnos obtienen el Diploma Internacional de Medicina de Monta\u00f1a<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

El curso, dirigido a m\u00e9dicos, enfermeras, TTS, socorristas y abierto tambi\u00e9n a otros monta\u00f1eros sin formaci\u00f3n sanitaria, tiene un m\u00f3dulo de verano y uno de invierno, con parte te\u00f3rica y pr\u00e1ctica. Es esta segunda parte pr\u00e1ctica del m\u00f3dulo de\u00a0invierno\u00a0la que se desarrolla este jueves y viernes en Masella, con diferentes talleres de seguridad y primeros auxilios. Se trabaja la inmovilizaci\u00f3n y movilizaci\u00f3n con material habitual de rescate, r\u00e1pel con un herido, utilizaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica de cuerdas, elaboraci\u00f3n de anclajes, orientaci\u00f3n, valoraci\u00f3n inmediata del accidentado en terrenos de dif\u00edcil acceso, rescate de v\u00edctimas de aludes, tanto con RECCO y ARVA como con perros, t\u00e9cnicas de paleo y sondaje … Un amplio abanico de casos pr\u00e1cticos que dar\u00e1n mucho bagaje a los profesionales que participan en el curso.<\/p>\n

En cuanto al profesorado hay miembros de la Comisi\u00f3n Internacional de Socorros\u00a0Alpinos ( CISA – ICAR ), de los GRAE del Bomberos de la Generalidad, de las Unidades de Monta\u00f1a de los Mossos y de la Guardia Civil as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n del Peloton de gendarmes de Haute Montagne ( PGHM ) , entre otros. Entre los formadores de perfil m\u00e1s sanitario destacan los directores m\u00e9dicos y asistenciales del Hospital de Cerdanya , Francina Riu y Enric Subirats, m\u00e9dicos especialistas en atenci\u00f3n y rescate de monta\u00f1a, miembros del equipo m\u00e9dico del Grupo de Rescate de Monta\u00f1a de Chamonix, y otros profesionales sanitarios con amplios conocimientos del medio y la asistencia en monta\u00f1a.<\/p>\n
